Machine learning and AI are evolving fast, and it is difficult to track how geoscience research and application practices are changing with them. Consider joining us, either in person or remotely, for a FREE annual workshop organized by Geological Survey of Finland to explore how AI can improve geoscience workflows, as well as its risks and limitations.

For speakers
Each linked session title opens a dedicated Quarto page that can be edited independently by the speaker or instructor. Use the assigned page for the abstract, speaker bio, tutorial instructions, images, slides, notebooks, datasets, and any workshop preparation notes.
Keep session pages in workshops/2026/, place shared images in images/, and use relative links so the pages continue to work when the site is rendered into docs/.
